Ingredients
- 225g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medim onion, sliced
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 green capsicum, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish

Method
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and capsicums. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir well to coat the beef and vegetables.
- Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Remove from heat and let the stir-fry cool slightly.
- Divide portions evenly and serve on a bed of cooked rice, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
