It's time to get your blend on!
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 2 medium kiwi fruit, peeled
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup light milk
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- Optional: Ice
Method
- Roughly chop the kiwi fruit and then add to a blender. Add spinach and top with yoghurt, milk, coconut and chia seeds.
- Turn blender on and blend until creamy and smooth.
- Add ice and blend, if you'd like an icier and colder finish.
