Banana Orange Smoothie

Thirsty? You know the drill.

Serves 1

Ingredients 

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 orange, peeled
  • 2 heaped dessert spoons of low-fat Greek yoghurt 
  • 1/4 cup light milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Optional: Ice
Method

Roughly chop the banana and orange quarters, and then add to a blender.
  1. Top with yoghurt and milk.
  2. Turn blender on and blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend, for a colder finish.
