Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 orange, peeled
- 2 heaped dessert spoons of low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup light milk
- 1 tsp honey
- Optional: Ice
Method
Roughly chop the banana and orange quarters, and then add to a blender.
- Top with yoghurt and milk.
- Turn blender on and blend until creamy and smooth.
- Add ice and blend, for a colder finish.
